Nathan Brinkman is the President, CEO, and visionary Founder of Triumph Wealth Management, LLC based in Madison, Wisconsin. Nathan holds an MSFS and has earned an array of designations including Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), Certified Private Wealth Advisor® Professional (CPWA®), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). With a passion for strategic philanthropy, wealth management, comprehensive financial solutions and business succession planning, Nathan leads with expertise and dedication, committed to providing his clients the highest level of service and guidance in pursuing their financial aspirations.
Understanding the complex balance between personal and professional aspects for many business owners, Nathan stresses the importance of comprehensive financial planning that smoothly incorporates both areas. With nearly thirty years in the financial services industry, he has guided numerous entrepreneurs and family business owners, adeptly recognizing, predicting, and avoiding common challenges that often impact businesses. Nathan and his wife, Chris, call Madison, Wisconsin, home where they raised their three young adult children. During his leisure hours, Nathan finds joy in family gatherings, exploring new destinations, and indulging his love for BBQ. He actively participates in the Wisconsin Family Business Center and is a proud member of the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA).

Jeff's journey in financial services began after graduating from UW-Stevens Point in 1975. Joining MetLife in 1985, he swiftly earned his CLU designation in 1985 and his ChFC designation in 1986. While navigating the twists and turns of MetLife's merger with Mass Mutual (Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company), Jeff steadily continued his financial advisory practice before joining the team at Triumph Wealth Management in 2024. With nearly 50 years of experience, Jeff remains dedicated to assisting clients in wealth creation and preservation, with a focus on retirement planning. He also extends his expertise to business owners, helping them navigate the complexities of business succession and exit strategies.
Outside of work, Jeff treasures time with his children, grandchildren, and friends, while also enjoying peaceful escapes to his cabin in the Northwoods of Wisconsin whenever possible.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brian Reetz has dedicated his career to helping people achieve their financial goals. After spending more than 15 years in banking, specializing in mortgages, he recognized that his true passion lay in fostering long-term relationships with clients. This led him to wealth management, where he focuses on building deeper, more meaningful connections with individuals, families, and businesses.
After seven successful years at another firm, Brian made the decision to join the team at Triumph Wealth Management, LLC, combining his extensive experience in banking with a client-first approach to financial services. His approach is centered around the belief that effective financial services goes beyond numbers—it’s about understanding people’s needs, dreams, and goals.
“I think, at the end of the day, people want to work with people they like and trust,” Brian says. With this philosophy in mind, he aims to guide clients through every stage of their financial journey, helping them feel empowered and confident in their decisions.
Originally from a small town, Brian moved to Madison to pursue a degree at the University of Wisconsin. Over the years, he has built a deep understanding of the financial landscape, all while developing an approach that prioritizes personalized service. His experience spans banking, mortgages, and financial advising, and he’s committed to continuously learning to serve clients better.
Brian and his wife, Jamie, live in Verona with their two children, Evelyn and Abe. When they’re not playing games, or watching/playing/coaching sports, the family loves to explore the many opportunities the Madison area has to offer. Whether it’s enjoying the outdoors or experiencing the local culture, they cherish the rich community they’re part of. Brian’s dedication to his family and clients reflects his deep commitment to fostering relationships built on trust and respect.

Mike brings over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and manufacturing to Triumph Wealth Management. A UW-Madison graduate, Mike began his career as a legislative aide before transitioning to industrial sales in Southwestern Wisconsin. Over those years, he developed a deep appreciation for Wisconsin’s manufacturing sector, while working closely with business owners, engineers, and maintenance professionals.
Most recently, Mike spent 15 years on the management team at a local manufacturer in the automation industry, where he oversaw multiple departments and was involved in both operations and sales. His diverse background in business management, operations, and client relations makes him a valuable resource at Triumph Wealth Management.
Outside of work, Mike values family, faith, and community. He and his wife Sarah live in Verona, WI, where they raised their three adult children. Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time at their cabin. Mike’s active participation in his church and local non-profits reflects his strong dedication to serving and giving back to the community.

Alyssa Brinkman, an Investment Operations Associate at Triumph Wealth Management, plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of investment strategies and delivering exceptional service to clients.
A Madison area native, Alyssa's journey in finance began with a passion for numbers and a keen analytical mind. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, she spent one summer as an intern at Triumph Wealth Management. After graduating with honors in 2023, she embarked on her career path, initially serving in various roles of investor services at Charles Schwab. Eventually, her journey led her back to her home state, where she rejoined the team at Triumph Wealth Management, finding the perfect intersection of her skills and aspirations.
At Triumph Wealth Management, Alyssa Brinkman excels in cultivating strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance at every step. She takes the time to understand their unique financial objectives and concerns, offering strategic insights and proactive solutions to help them achieve their goals.
In her free time Alyssa enjoys reading, traveling, cherishing moments with friends and family, and indulging her creative side through baking. She has a passion for serving others through work with Feed My Starving Children and contributing to the children's ministry at her church.

Troy Ambrose joined the team at Triumph Wealth in 2024. Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI. With a minor in Finance, he brings a solid foundation in financial management to his roles.
His career spans across various impactful positions. Most recently, Troy served as an Executive Staff Assistant at the Department of Financial Institutions in Madison, WI. He demonstrated proficiency in metrics development, executive support, and event coordination. Prior to this, Troy served as the Business Development Coordinator/Manager at the American Printing House for the Blind in Louisville, KY. His role involved implementing a system for tracking the entire development and production of braille standardized tests, inside sales, and managing the standardized testing business segment from inception to shipping.
When Troy is not working, baseball is a big factor in his life. He is not only a fan, but also a player and umpire. If the weather is nice, Troy often goes for hikes, to local craft breweries and the Madison Farmer’s Market. During the colder days, he enjoys going to hockey games, cooking/baking, and playing card/board games.

Chris has been an integral part of Triumph Wealth Management since its inception in 2007. Her contributions span various facets of the business, including client relations, event planning, marketing, bookkeeping, and providing invaluable moral support (as she is married to Nathan). Recently, Chris has expanded her role within the Triumph office, leveraging her expertise across these areas.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cardinal Stritch University and her licensure as a Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Agent obtained in 2019, Chris brings a diverse skill set to her work.
Outside of the office, Chris cherishes spending time with her husband Nathan and their three young adult children. She enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and gardening, as well as exploring new culinary endeavors through cooking. Chris also finds joy in traveling and building cherished memories with family and friends.

In 2023, Catharine Kirwin joined the financial services industry as a member of the Day Wealth Management Group. Before deciding to take on this challenging new field, Catharine worked nearly twenty years in the field of sustainable agriculture. She held a number of mission-driven, high impact positions, developing particular strengths in and a passion for strategic planning, team leadership, program development and stakeholder relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography, graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned certification in project management from the UW School of Continuing Education. In 2024, the Day Wealth Management Group merged with Triumph Wealth Management. Catharine continues to bring her years of management experience and passion for serving others to her role as Operations Manager for Jeffrey Day.
Outside of work, Catharine enjoys connecting with friends and family and spending time offline and outdoors. During the sailing season, she is an active member of the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center, enjoying the fun and excitement of sailboat racing on Milwaukee Bay. Going back to her roots and to give back to the community, she is pursuing Master Gardener Certification through the University of Wisconsin-Extension. She is a big fan of reading and has started two book clubs with friends. She also has a pretty eclectic creative side. She now owns a weaving loom and is learning the joys of textile design.

David is the Chief Investment Officer with his home-base in Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s a pivotal force in helping shape our investment strategy and assisting advisors in crafting tailored investment portfolios for clients.
With over 7 years of experience in the finance industry, David has worn various hats, offering a diverse perspective that enriches the team.
David is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, where he played baseball for 4 years, showcasing not only academic prowess but also sporting talent. He pursued his MBA in Finance in 2017, demonstrating his dedication to furthering his knowledge in the field. Furthermore, he holds the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and is an active member of the CFA society in Indianapolis.
Before joining West Point Financial Group, David held a significant role as a Portfolio Strategist at Oxford Financial Group in Carmel, IN. Prior to that, he served as a Financial Advisor at an Ameriprise office in St. Joseph, MI.
Beyond the finance world, David finds joy in spending quality time with his beloved family—his wife, McKenzie, and their two young children, Mitchell and Joelle, who reside in Fishers, IN. Together, they explore the beauty of local parks and various engaging activities. David is a devoted Ohio State fan and eagerly cheers for his beloved Buckeyes every fall. Music holds a special place in his heart, and while he currently plays the piano, he aspires to master the guitar someday.

Daniel Baldwin is the Director of Financial Planning with WestPoint Financial Group. He assists financial professionals and clients with creating and implementing actionable steps to reach their goals through an ongoing financial planning model. Every person has a different scenario and by working collaboratively, having strong work ethic, and drive, he can help create solutions to help solve any financial “puzzle”.
Daniel is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree (focus in Finance and Investments). Additionally, he holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations.
Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Daniel spent a number of years in product specialist roles. This background has enabled him to work with financial professionals in creating in-depth strategies to help secure their financial futures and protects the ones they love.
